For UK orders our postage costs are £3.00 for order value under £60. Orders over £60 are sent out post free. Orders are usually sent out the same working day we receive your order, subject to stock availability. Items up to 5kg will be sent by Royal Mail Packet Post or Royal Mail Tracker service. Items over 5kg will be sent by Parcelforce 48 Hour service (UK customers only). Both services take approximately two-four working days to arrive.
For international customers, postage will be charged at cost. Customers will be informed of the cost after the order has been compiled and weighed. Acceptance of the postal charge will be required before goods are dispatched.
Every effort is made to hold sufficient stock to fulfil your order, however we cannot guarantee that every product will be available straight from stock. We will, of course, endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We will contact you if any item is out of stock informing you of the expected delivery date, if known, for your items. If there are any alternatives that are available we will notify you at the same time.
Cancellation of order, refunds and replacement of goods
As orders are usually sent out the same day we receive your order, should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately by telephone. If after you have received your order and you wish to return any or all of the goods, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the situation without delay. On all occasions you should retain the original packing that your order arrived in, until we inform you otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to us at Prinz Publications UK ltd personally, or we can arrange collection - please note a collection charge may apply. Please check your Account for updates.
